Healthways (now Tivity) provides a suite of population health management products designed to increase longevity and improve well-being one person—and whole communities—at a time.
While we’ve developed various digital products to help people live longer, happier, and more productive lives, the two projects I’ve been closest to include Healthways Go (since bought out by ShareCare) and the Blue Zones Project.

Healthways Go

Synopsis
We pitched and sold the concept for a mobile/desktop app that guides users to overall healthier well-being via a customized gamified experience that serves up missions and inspires through rewards.
I was responsible for overall branding, concept direction, copywriting and content strategy. An extensive project, content development took two years.

Blue Zones

Synopis
National Geographic author, Dan Buetter, uncovered the secrets of the longest-lived people in the world. Drawing on his research, we built a digital platform to influence whole communities, track their results and serve up encouragement – so they can live longer, better lives.
To date, 42 communities have joined, and over three million lives have been improved. Results include double digit drops in obesity and smoking, millions of dollars of savings in healthcare costs, and measurable drops in employee absenteeism.
